Country Nghts Afghan, PDF pattern
About the Design
This afghan is knit in a bulky, single-ply roving yarn, for quick knitting!
I initially wanted to make the afghan in one piece, but decided, for portability’s sake, to work it in vertical strips of one small cable along with one large cable pattern. The pattern is easily memorized, after working 3 or 4 large cable pattern repeats.
I chose natural grey shades, for an afghan that will fit in with many home decor styles and colorations, from rustic to country cottage to modern. Nothing is stopping you, though, from substituting some garnet, denim, or forest green, if this suits you and your decor!
Classic, cozy warmth is just a few evenings’ work away!
