Springtime Tea Cozy, PDF pattern
About The Design:
Knitters familiar with my ‘Springtime Socks’ design will recognize this new tea cozy incarnation!
I look at all types of textiles for design inspiration. This motif was inspired by a lace pattern, called ‘Springtime’, in Marianne Kinzel’s “First Book of Modern Lace Knitting”.
The design is sampled in Lamb’s Pride Worsted, which knits easily and makes such a cozy fabric. Lamb’s Pride is a readily available, US-produced natural fiber yarn, which comes in a wide range of colors, making it easy to personalize to your preferred colors!
The pattern offers 2 colorways and 2 sizes – for 2-3 cup and 3-4 cup teapots.
